"Keywords" is a great function to automate conversations between your brand and customers when there are no employees.
To use it, go to the harafunnel admin page and go to the "Keywords" section, then click the blue "Add new keywords" button in the upper right corner.
There are 3 rules for installing 1 new keyword:
Only works with messages that have the same content as the keywords you set, regardless of the uppercase or lowercase letter.
For example, if you put the content as "hi", the sender's message must be "hi" to work.
This option is more flexible, since only the content of the message containing the keyword will work.
For example, you put content that contains "hi". Suppose the sender of the content: "hi, is there any promotion today?" Then this function will work.
Special note:
This is a smart solution to automate answering common questions.
According to this rule, the keyword you set must be first in the chat content to work.
Imagine a series of answers to the question containing the phrase "Can you" at the beginning, and compose a series of answers for the user to choose.
After creating a keyword, you will see these components on the right:
You can create a new message or select an existing message to respond to that keyword.
Next you can add the accompanying actions:
If you want to apply many keywords to a rule, simply separate keywords with commas:
Note: The system will automatically add the word "or" before the last keyword as like the picture, but when clicking edit, it is still a normal comma.
And finally, when users chat without content containing any keywords that match the rules, they will receive content from "Default Message".
